Yo maaan~ There are no short cuts in life~ Just like a baby first just lays and then learns to crawl and then learns to get up and then learns to walk and then run and then Jump~ There is always a step process in life~ So that when you jumo and fall u can get up and run and if u fall u can walk etc... but if the 1st thing u learn is to jump, once u fall u will just have to lay there not knowing what to do... just like when you dont chew your food and u just gulp ot down you will get indigestion... this simple philosophy applies to everything in life whether it'd be working out, people relations, work ethics, business and making money, love relations, school and study etc etc... u know what Im sayin right? Anyways so just hipe everyone concludes their weekends safely and gets a good recharge for the new week to start... as for me already done workin out and ready... BBBAAAMMM!!!

Hey 👋🏽 I'm Imogen. This is my face. I'm 24. I'm an "athlete". I have 53,000 Instagram followers and am sponsored by one of the biggest supplement companies in the world. I look probably quite normal to you.
I'm Imogen and some days, I'm just another girl who looks in the mirror and doesn't like what she sees. Sometimes I wake up anxious, with heart palpitations and breathlessness for no reason whatsoever. Sometimes I cry just because I feel low. Sometimes I eat just because I feel low. I currently have a rash on the skin of my arms because I am stressed. I have cellulite, stretch marks and bits of fat on my hips that you can grab. I average about 5 hours sleep on a good night.
I struggle too. I sometimes wish I was thinner or prettier, or had longer hair or better teeth. Just because I have a "following" it doesn't mean I have my shit together. I don't. I am vulnerable and fragile just like any other 24 year old.

For me, weekends are days when I spend a lot of time with my family doing activities together - watching a movie, playing outdoors, maybe a short overnight trip to nearby local places - however more than anything else I mainly look forward to my "BIG CHEAT MEAL" 🎫🍰🍩🍮🍦🍧🍔 of the week. You may know by now that I love food specially chocolates and icecreams and I need my weekly dose of these to keep my carb cravings under control 😄😄
Infact it actually helps me remain disciplined and committed to my diet plan throughout the week.
Remember, consistency over a long period is the key to attaining your desired levels of fitness.
Just as one day of soups and salads is not going to help you, similarly one cheat meal a week is not going to derail your plans.

*Charlie* Hewwwwoooooooo fwends! We are having a tough time. Still feeling sick from our one medicine, but at least we are able to eat a bit now. Very sore. Klaire had some pretty awful flashbacks and is stuck in total amnesia for now, which is scary for everyone. She always comes back, eventually. We did some pretty major carousel-ing last night, switching every couple seconds during a flashback. Our puppies have stuck very close to us. Remus also woke us up twice (at least) from nightmares last night. Gonna spend today resting and trying to help Klaire remember things. #dissociativeidentitydisorder #mentalhealth #ptsd

I am not sure where I got the energy for this run with all the health issues I am having, but thankful I could pull out my last big long run before @bluenosemarathon half. Hi, my name is Shelby Weborg. I am living with 4 mental illnesses. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. It's very hard to keep my head straight with everything that is going on. But, I always turn to my family and friends to help me out. I have days where it's really bad and I shut everyone out. And I learned the hard way that, that is not okay. Don't shut people out. Your family and friends are there to help you get through them. They are your support group. That's what they Are here for. To help you. So please, anyone with these mental illnesses, don't be afraid to ask for help. You are not alone in this and stay strong. God has a plan for you 💪🏼❤️

While we talk about the mental benefits of exercise a lot, we rarely mention the importance of diet. I think the reason we often avoid speaking about this, is because we don't want to have an account fixated around 'clean eating' that may trigger someone with an eating disorder. However, I do think it is important to be aware of the foods we eat and how they may affect our mood. Personally, I really struggle with maintaining a balanced diet. I'm not very good at having a constant balance, it seems to be one or the other - green salads and spinach smoothies or dominoes and Ben and berries (majority of the time it's the latter). So I've decided to try and work out a diet that is maintainable and healthy. For the next couple of weeks I'll be documenting what I eat each day and how I feel to try and determine the foods i think should be included in my weekly diet and those I should avoid 💕 At the end of this, I'm hoping I'll be more aware of the foods that make me feel happy and healthy ✔️
