Sooooo here's my current update🙈(I try to never hide my offseason physique, I wanna keep it real with everyone). I feel like a thick bishhhh😜. I didn't wanna be full force off season already but it happened🙄 sooooo I'll make the most of it😎. I will most likely stay around this size (a bit leaner just for summer) and try to pack on as much muscle as possible. More back, delts, bigger booty & hamstrings while trying to maintain the size of my quads. ▶️▶️ After this show I experienced something I never did before. Lack of motivation😣. Usually after a show I'm fired up ready to crush some real muscle building workouts💪🏻. This time it was me forcing myself to the gym. However I did, I took a few days off but for the most part I've been consistent. Then BAM💥 yesterday was the first GOOD workout I've had in a while🎉. Kinda reminded me why I love working out. Even if I have to force myself 80% of the time that 20% of good solid happy workouts are worth it right now. I got goals, and they aren't going to be crushed if I only go on the days I feel good. Because deep down I love this, I love the challenge saying YES when your mind says NO. Be stronger, get better, no f*cking excuses😤!
